Stumble Guys—UI Art

As a UI artist at Scopely working on the multiplatform, multiplayer live ops game Stumble Guys, I had a twofold responsibility: supporting feature teams with full pipeline UI development from concept, design, asset development, in-engine implementation and documentation in collaboration with UX, Design and Engineering; as well as serving overall project needs as a shared resource doing iconography, marketing key art, LiveOps art and 2D Concept Art. As some of this work is confidential, a more detailed overview of my contributions is available upon request.

Clubs

Stumble Guys’ ‘Clubs’ is one of the game’s core ‘social’ features, in which players can play together to progress various mission goals and win different rewards for their collaborative play. The aim of the feature’s visual design was to provide players with something unique and fresh to the game’s overall look, while still adhering to overarching design principles to tie it cohesively to the rest of the game.

Stumble Workshop

Stumble Workshop enabled players to use toys and building blocks from various Stumble Guys Maps to build their own levels. The challenge while designing the interface was that the level editor needed to be easy to pick up and understand, but also to use across multiple devices and platforms. Mobile was a particularly complicated interface to solve for.
